Education built for real careers.
A Dubai institute that takes you from foundation to the doorstep of a UK degree, without the cost and distance of a traditional university.
An institute, not a lecture hall.
CITM Institute (CAIROV Information Technology and Management Institute FZCO) is a KHDA-licensed training institute in DMCC, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. We do not award Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees ourselves. We deliver the first stages of a degree through UK-regulated diplomas, then support your move to a UK partner institution for the final year.
Our mission
To make internationally recognised, career-focused education accessible, without the cost or barriers of a traditional university.
Our vision
To become the GCC’s most trusted bridge between ambitious students and world-class university outcomes.
Our values
Integrity, accessibility, practical excellence and genuine student support at every stage of the journey.
Build the first floors with us.
Think of a degree as a four-storey building. You start on the foundation floor if you need it, build the next two with us, and complete the top floor at a university.
Checked, certified, accountable.
KHDA licensed
Regulated as an educational and training institute in Dubai. Permit no. 634121.
ISO 9001:2015
A certified quality management system across every programme.

Our diplomas are awarded through Qualifi, a UK awarding organisation. See universities that Qualifi lists as progression routes ›
